What is CWI?
Cavity wall insulation is used to reduce heat loss through a cavity wall by filling the air space with material that inhibits heat transfer. This immobilises the air within the cavity (air is still the actual insulator), preventing convection, and can substantially reduce space heating costs.

• We will visit you at your home at a time convenient to you.
• A surveyor will check the cavity by drilling a small hole. They will then place a small camera into the hole to check for any cavity wall insulation.
• If no cavity wall insulation is found, its an instant qualification.
• Then a quick survey is carried out along with three photos of the house.
• This survey then gets sent off to the installation team.
• Contact will then be made by the installation company to the customer for a date convenient to them.
• The cavity wall installation itself takes around 3 hours per home.
