Typical procedure of an 'A' rated boiler installation, if you re the homeowner and are on the relevant benefits.
• We will visit you at your home at a time conveniant to you.
• A surveyor will check to see if the property is suitable. Photos of the existing boiler will be taken along with the boilers efficiency rating. Finally the customer will be asked what type of benefits they are on.
• This survey then gets sent off to an accredited gas safe installation team.
• Contact will then be made by the installation company to the customer for a date convenient to them to carry out the installation.
• A gas safe engineer will arrive and will install the new 'A' rated boiler, including a landlords gas safe certificate. This will generally be completed within a day.
